Total Performance Program Content

Strength and Conditioning:

  • Develop mobility and flexibility

Injury Prevention:

Total Performance Program Packages

Program I - (6 sessions): Cost: $360 per individual

  • Performance evaluation
  • Assessment of needs and goal planning
    • Focus on postural symmetry throughout training
    • Weekly evaluation of adaptations to training
  • Personalized conditioning routine
    • Athlete specific exercises
  • 1 personal training session/ week under direct supervision of physical therapist or exercise physiologist
  • 6 weeks in duration

Program II - (12 sessions): Cost: $630 per individual

  • Performance evaluation
  • Assessment of needs and goal planning
    • Focus on postural symmetry throughout training
    • Daily evaluation of adaptations to training
  • Personalized conditioning routine
    • Athlete specific exercises
  • 2 personal training sessions/ week under direct supervision of physical therapist or exercise physiologist
  • 6 weeks in duration

Program III – (18 sessions): Cost: $810 per individual

  • Performance evaluation
  • Assessment of needs and goal planning
    • Focus on postural symmetry throughout training
    • Daily evaluation of adaptations to training
  • Personalized conditioning routine
    • Athlete specific exercises
  • 3 personal training sessions/ week under direct supervision of physical therapist or exercise physiologist
  • 6 weeks in duration
